Role Description
The Midwest Sales Specialist β East will manage relationships with approximately one dozen Manufacturer Sales Representatives for Midwest Electrical Products.

Drive and ensure profitable growth by focusing on the Midwest Electrical Productsβ market penetration and expansion activities.

Define key sales targets and establish appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance.

Identify, monitor, and maintain/exceed the sales market price levels, after evaluating the pricing impact on the results with the Product Management team.

Interface closely with all stakeholders including Sales Managers, Reps, Commercial Operations & Strategic Customers to develop understanding of areas of opportunity and to provide executable proposals.

Leverage breadth and depth of Commercial Operations team by collaborating with peers.

Participate in the negotiation of key contracts.

Understand and address commercial factors such as project duration, project location and basic terms and conditions.

Provide guidance to the teams and seek knowledge for their own development and coaching/mentoring of the teams.
Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of market experience with contract negotiations and/or sales role in the electrical distribution industry.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in a related discipline.

Knowledge of electrical distribution and/or electrical construction industry.

Experience managing sales reps preferred.

This position is expected to pay between $100,500 and $160,800 annually and is bonus eligible.
