[Hiring] Sales Specialist, MetalPrint @Koenig & Bauer US, Inc

Role Description

Responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing market share for the Koenig & Bauer MetalPrint product portfolio throughout the assigned territory in North America. The MetalPrint Sales Specialist serves as the primary commercial representative for Koenig & Bauer's metal decorating solutions, providing consultative sales support from prospecting through installation while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. The position works closely with Product Management, Engineering, Service, and the MetalPrint team in Europe to deliver complete solutions for metal packaging manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Packaging, Printing Technology, or related discipline preferred. Equivalent industry experience will be considered.
• 3–5 years of capital equipment sales experience preferred.
• Experience within metal decorating, packaging, printing, converting, or industrial manufacturing markets strongly preferred.
• Experience selling complex engineered systems.
• Experience working with long sales cycle capital equipment.
• Preferred experience in one or more of the following industries:
  • Beverage can manufacturing
  • Food can manufacturing
  • Aerosol packaging
  • Metal closures
  • Specialty metal packaging
  • Metal decorating
  • Industrial printing

Requirements

• Approximately 50–70% domestic travel throughout North America.
• Periodic international travel for customer visits, training, and factory meetings in Europe.
• Ability to travel for extended customer visits, trade shows, and equipment installations.
