[Hiring] Mid-Market Account Executive @Tapcheck

Role Description

The Mid Market Account Executive drives new business growth for Tapcheck's on-demand pay solution across mid-market employers in industries like QSR, Retail and Healthcare. You'll own the full sales cycle:

• Prospecting into net-new accounts
• Building relationships with key decision-makers
• Closing deals that help employers solve real financial wellness challenges for their workforce

This is a fully remote, energetic and results-driven role for someone who's motivated by the hunt and comfortable owning a number.

What You'll Do

• Pipeline & Prospecting:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand Tapcheck's customer base
  • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting activities
• Sales Execution:
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the benefits of Tapcheck's solution
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring a win-win outcome for Tapcheck and the client
• Relationships & Cross-Functional Partnership:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to drive customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

• Spent 3-5+ years in B2B sales, ideally within the technology industry
• Consistently met or exceeded sales targets
• Negotiated and closed deals through strong, persuasive communication
• Applied a consultative, value-based selling approach to multi-stakeholder deals
• Operated with a self-motivated, goal-oriented drive for results in an individual contributor role
• Built and maintained relationships with key decision-makers across an account portfolio
• Used CRM software and other sales tools to manage pipeline and track performance

Preferred

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
