[Hiring] Mid-Market Account Executive @Bundoran Group

Role Description

Help leading apparel brands solve one of eCommerce's most expensive problems. We're recruiting a Mid-Market Account Executive for a profitable, venture-backed SaaS company transforming how retailers understand fit, reduce product returns, and improve the online shopping experience.

What you'll own:

• Full-cycle new business sales:
  • Own prospecting, discovery, stakeholder engagement, business case development, negotiation, and contracting.
• Mid-market opportunities:
  • Sell solutions with typical deal sizes of approximately $50k–$100k.
• Executive-level selling:
  • Build relationships with eCommerce, digital, merchandising, finance, and executive leaders at retail and apparel brands.
• Value-based selling:
  • Translate sophisticated AI-powered technology into measurable commercial outcomes, including returns reduction, conversion improvement, customer experience, and margin protection.
• Pipeline generation:
  • Build and refine your own outbound prospecting motion instead of relying entirely on inbound leads.
• Go-to-market collaboration:
  • Partner with Marketing to improve outreach, positioning, and acquisition strategies.
• Partnership development:
  • Collaborate with technology partners and agencies to create additional sales opportunities.
• Sales optimization:
  • Use data and AI-enabled workflows to improve prospecting efficiency, pipeline management, and conversion.
• Customer insight:
  • Bring market feedback to Product and help inform future solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally selling into retail or eCommerce.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Proven experience selling to multiple stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives.
• Ability to manage complex, consultative sales processes from initial outreach through signed agreement.
• Experience building repeatable processes to improve pipeline generation and sales results.
• Demonstrated success using AI to scale sales workflows.
• Strong communication, organization, business-case development, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS).
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements

• Especially valuable experience:
  • Selling SaaS to apparel, fashion, or retail brands.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce conversion, product returns, logistics, or merchandising technology.
  • Experience developing new territories, building outbound sales motions, or working with channel and technology partners.
  • Experience communicating ROI across multiple business functions.

Benefits

• Base salary: $110,000–$140,000 annually.
• Target OTE: $220,000–$280,000+ uncapped.
