• Create prescription-based demand for Alcon products by promoting these products to target Doctors.
• Identify, select and develop the right MD target to be included in the master list.
• Implement a territory business plan, proposing and executing special programs while complying with company policies and procedures, industry and government guidelines, authority approval limits, and strategic directions.
• Deliver 100% sales performance of all products versus target at end of the year.
• Meet Marketing, Promotional and Sales Objectives through effective and consistent detailing to HCP's.
• Meet Customer Relationship Management KPIs through SFDC and Pitcher execution.
• Provide pertinent and updated product information to target HCP's.
• Effective and timely implementation of territory business plan.
• Manage and control operational expenses and company assets.
• Develop and manage Key Accounts.
• Support the development of Key Opinion Leaders and Evolving Opinion Leaders within the territory.
• Establish a positive/professional image for the company.
• Monitor sales, product movements, and inventory levels at trade outlets (dispensing MDs, drugstores & industrial accounts) and hospital pharmacies.
• Organize Promotional Activities and supplement this with territory-initiated action plans to counteract competition.
• Respond to customer concerns and queries.
• Perform other official duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.
• Develop a tailor-fit program in the assigned territory addressing the needs and providing applicable solutions based on the available resources.
• Conduct product presentations regularly for HCPs and allied health professionals to increase education and disease awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in medical-related sales.
• Experience in the eye-care industry is an advantage.
