Role Description
IVX Health is seeking a Market Engagement Representative (MER) to identify, qualify, and advance referral opportunities across assigned markets. This marketing-aligned, field-enablement role supports Business Development Managers by generating leads, gathering market intelligence, and ensuring opportunities are well-documented and ready for productive field engagement. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys research, relationship-building, and supporting growth through informed market execution.
What You'll Do

Generate & Qualify Opportunities:
Identify referral opportunities at the location level and research key market insights, including prescribing patterns, therapy mix, site-of-care preferences, referral workflows, clinic schedules, and key contacts.

Support Business Development Managers:
Partner closely with assigned BDMs to prioritize and advance opportunities. Provide relevant background and market intelligence to help field teams conduct informed, high-value conversations.

Support Marketing Campaigns:
Follow up on engagement signals generated through corporate marketing initiatives and help convert interest into qualified opportunities. Serve as a bridge between corporate marketing and local market execution.

Maintain CRM Excellence:
Accurately document research, outreach activity, lead status, meetings, and outcomes in Sugar or other CRM systems. Maintain timely, accurate records to support reporting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.

Strengthen Market Engagement:
Ensure outreach is professional, consistent, and aligned with IVX Health messaging and brand standards. Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine lead criteria and engagement strategies.

Maintain Performance & Accountability:
Meet defined activity, quality, and documentation expectations while maintaining responsiveness to field partners and marketing leadership in a remote environment.
Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to research, synthesize, and clearly document market intelligence.

Comfort working in CRM systems; experience with Sugar preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple markets, priorities, and stakeholders.

Understanding of referral workflows, provider office operations, or site-of-care dynamics.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience required.

Experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, infusion therapy, or provider outreach.

Prior experience in sales development, marketing, or field enablement.

Familiarity with referral workflows, provider office operations, or site-of-care dynamics.
