Role Description
Weβre looking for a dynamic, field-based leader to oversee a multi-territory team of Regional Account Managers (RAMs). This role leads a high-performing team charged with driving measurable growth by developing and scaling a strong, sustainable provider referral network. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a player-coach environment, balancing strategy, leadership, and hands-on execution.
Youβll play a critical role in expanding access to life-changing TMS therapy, partnering with healthcare providers and leading a distributed team to deliver measurable results across regions.
What Youβll Do

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10β12 Regional Account Managers across multiple territories, providing consistent field-based guidance to enhance engagement strategies and clinical expertise.

Drive alignment and performance across regions through structured 1:1s, KPI-driven performance management, and a focus on accountability and best practice sharing.

Partner with internal stakeholders to support strategic hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development to scale regional success.

Strategic Market Growth

Analyze referral trends, territory performance, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and optimize market strategy.

Build and expand relationships with key providers, health systems, and referral networks across assigned territories.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Reimbursement to remove barriers and strengthen market presence.

Execution & Compliance

Maintain a strong field presence (up to 70%), supporting RAMs in high-value accounts and complex markets.

Utilize CRM tools and reporting to evaluate performance and inform data-driven decisions.

Ensure all activities align with healthcare regulations, company policies, and compliance standards.
Qualifications

5+ years in healthcare, pharma, or medical device sales

3+ years of leadership experience with multi-territory or regional oversight
-
Proven success leading distributed teams and driving growth across markets

Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to inform decisions

Willingness to travel extensively within region
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $135,000 with eligibility for variable compensation tied to performance against defined sales metrics
