[Hiring] Major Account Executive @Rubrik Job Board

Role Description

Rubrik’s German Enterprise team protects the data of the country’s leading companies against ransomware, insider threats and operational disruption. As a Major Account Executive, you’ll own a small portfolio of Rubrik Germany’s most strategic accounts: DAX-listed groups and global industry leaders.

• Win new business across your accounts, from net-new logos to new divisions, subsidiaries and use cases within existing customers.
• Generate your own pipeline through executive outreach, account mapping and multi-threading across buying committees of 20+ stakeholders.
• Lead complex, long-cycle deals from first conversation to signature, using MEDDPICC to qualify rigorously and forecast accurately.
• Make cyber resilience a C-suite priority by connecting Rubrik’s platform to NIS2, DORA and the real cost of downtime.
• Co-sell with leading partners, global system integrators and hyperscalers to open doors and speed up decisions.
• Work hand in hand with your dedicated Solutions Engineer, and help shape the Majors playbook as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise technology sales experience, ideally in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection or enterprise SaaS.
• A proven track record of winning new business in DAX-listed or comparable multinational enterprises.
• Evidence that you source your own pipeline: you can show what share of your closed business you generated yourself.
• Experience negotiating complex, multi-stakeholder deals at C-level (CISO, CIO, CFO).
• Fluent or native German and professional English.

Requirements

• MEDDPICC or a similar structured sales methodology.
• Established relationships in the German partner ecosystem.
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, automotive, manufacturing or critical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with backup, data security or cyber resilience solutions.

Benefits

• Join a leading company at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration.
• Opportunity to work with Rubrik Security Cloud and Rubrik Agent Cloud.
