Role Description

The Renewals Specialist focuses on managing customer contract renewals by acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring timely, full-value renewals.

• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Providing proactive and consultative renewal processes.
• Preparing competitive quotes.
• Maintaining accurate forecasting through reporting systems.
• Continuous improvement of renewal procedures.
• Collaboration across teams to achieve corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years’ experience working in a customer support, sales oriented or renewals environment.
• University/College degree within a related discipline.
• Exceptional communication both written and verbal, with the ability to listen and understand client needs.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM application.
• Ability to work cross functionally with a dynamic team.
• Track record of autonomy, ownership and execution.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.

Requirements

• Experience of working with telecom is an advantage.
• Candidate must be eligible to work in their country of residence.
• Travel expectation is 25%. Must be able to travel globally without restrictions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Becoming a trusted advisor for the Customer for their support needs.
• Providing a consultative and proactive process to producing competitive renewal quotes.
• Consulting with internal sales teams to prepare renewal quotes, overcoming objections through renewal process.
• Maintaining and updating reporting systems used for research and providing accurate renewal forecasts.
• Cultivating strong business relationships with the customer, Account Executives and other stakeholders.
• Utilizing departmental standard operating procedures to bring renewal contracts in at full value and on time.
• A strong sense of urgency is required to manage all renewals resulting in full value, on time renewals.
• Consistently looking to enhance the renewal process and procedures while working to achieve an exceptional team environment.
