Role Description

We are seeking ambitious, self-directed individuals to join our expanding network of licensed life insurance agents. This role is truly entrepreneurial, granting you full control over your schedule, income potential, and career trajectory. There are no mandatory quotas to meet and no ceilings on your commission earnings; increased effort and strategic work directly translate to higher rewards.

• Engage with individuals and families to assess their specific financial protection requirements.
• Discover the client's needs and sell term, whole, and universal life insurance policies from highly-rated carriers.
• Oversee personal sales pipelines, manage schedules, and conduct client follow-ups.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, underwriting standards, and industry best practices.
• Optionally recruit, mentor, and lead a team of agents to earn overrides on their production.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, receptive to coaching, and comfortable working on a commission basis.
• Excellent communication abilities and a genuine commitment to client success.
• Possession of an active life insurance license or a willingness to obtain one; we provide support for discounted prelicensing programs.
• Reliable internet connection, a dedicated quiet workspace, and the discipline to work autonomously.
• Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory; character and drive are prioritized.

Requirements

• Commission-only arrangement as an independent contractor.
• Income derived from first-year commissions, renewals, and residual income on active policies.
• Override and bonus structures available for team leaders.
• No base salary or draw; earnings are determined solely by effort and results.
