Role Description

As a sales advisor with SelectQuote, you will be delivered real-time, warm inbound pre-screened leads. Many advisors earn north of six figures in their first year, with some quickly reaching over six figures on an annual basis. SelectQuote offers a wide range of incentives such as:

The Life & Health Advisor role is accelerating in growth, having expanded our “Best in Class” product offerings and footprint nationwide. It’s now one of SelectQuote’s fastest-growing divisions focusing on selling final expense whole life insurance along with:

• No requirement to purchase leads or prospect

We offer a W-2 base pay plus commissions, resulting in a first-year target income of $60,000+. This role is best suited for commission-seeking candidates with uncapped commission potential. Top agents can earn well above $100k annually, with other performance-based incentives including:

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required; 1 year of telesales experience preferred
• Must possess an active Life, Accident, & Health resident insurance license
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Other relevant experience may include financial planning, retention, debt collection, debt consolidation, business ownership, or management of financial P&L

Requirements

• Job stability required; track record in career progression preferred
• Hardwired high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20mbps and upload speed of 20mbps required
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
