Role Description

At Liberated Financial, powered by Eterna Insurance Solutions, we've built a sales model designed to help licensed agents spend more time closing business and less time chasing down potential clients. Our agents work with live inbound calls from consumers reaching out about their life insurance coverage.

Your role is to:

• Review existing policies and identify opportunities to improve coverage.
• Help clients find the right solution when it makes sense.

We provide the infrastructure, carrier access, training, and support. You focus on becoming a better producer and growing your business.

Qualifications

• Active life insurance producer license.
• At least 10 active state licenses.
• Ability to obtain appointments with a minimum of 3 core carriers.
• Comfortable communicating and selling over the phone.
• Strong work ethic and ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
• Comfortable working in a camera-on, collaborative virtual office environment.
• Reliable internet connection, working webcam, microphone, and appropriate computer equipment.
• Open to coaching, training, and following an established system.
• Previous life insurance sales experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Be present and active in our Discord virtual office during scheduled working hours.
• Keep cameras on and microphones unmuted when appropriate for team collaboration and coaching.
• Be available for real-time coaching, questions, and assistance.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and daily communication.
• Maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace.
• Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and sales systems.
