Role Description

We’re hiring licensed Life & Health agents ready to grow in Medicare (T65), ACA, and Life insurance. This is a non-captive 1099 opportunity where you’re paid directly by carriers and retain ownership of your book of business.

• Some free lead opportunities are available (availability varies).
• You’ll prospect daily, handle inbound calls, conduct virtual or in-person appointments, and close business compliantly.
• We provide tools and support.
• You bring the activity and follow-through.

Compensation:

• Commission paid directly by carriers.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health License.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
• Strong phone communication skills.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
