Role Description

Day One Insurance Group is led by Sharie Withers, an Allstate Elite agent in the top 4% nationally and a consistent award winner throughout her 15 years with Allstate. We're licensed in and serve all of Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.

• You sell. We handle the rest.
• Sales and service are completely separate, so you never do service work.
• We buy leads for you: live transfers, data leads, and other marketing.
• Ricochet dialer included.
• Training and tools from day one.
• If you want to own your own agency someday, we have the experience to mentor you there.

Qualifications

• Must live in Texas, Arkansas, or Oklahoma.
• Active P&C license in your state of residence; if you don't live in Texas, you must hold a Texas nonresident license or be able to get one.
• Strong Allstate sales experience, averaging at least 30 items a month historically.
• Comfortable working toward monthly production goals.

• This is a remote position.

Compensation

• $15/hour base plus tiered, uncapped commission.
• On-target earnings: about $57,000 a year at quota, with six-figure potential. At least one of our producers has earned that for the past several years.
• New producer guarantee: 7% commission on every sale during your first 90 days while you ramp up.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30. If you're an experienced producer and need a different schedule, apply anyway. We're flexible for the right fit.
