Role Description

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent at Dependable Life Solutions, you will own the complete sales cycle. This means you'll be responsible for:

Qualifications

• Active insurance license required
• Industry and/or sales experience required
• Authorized to Work in the United States
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to articulate complex information clearly across phone, video, and email
• Demonstrated skill in building rapport and trust with clients remotely
• Strong pipeline management and organizational abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Adaptability and resilience in a performance-driven environment

Requirements

• Proactively engage with potential clients via phone and video calls to identify needs and opportunities
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client financial goals and challenges
• Present and explain financial products and solutions clearly and persuasively
• Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Experienced professionals can expect to earn between $80,000 and $132,000 or more annually, based on performance and sales success.
