Role Description

Truvo Flex is for licensed property & casualty producers who want to sell on their own hours. Your license, our leads, your hours: you pick your shifts — evenings, Saturdays, Sundays — and work fresh leads we bought, live, on your shift. No base, no draw, no ceiling, and never a lead bill.

How You Get Paid

• $20 per Policy: For every new policy you bind
• 10% for 12 Months: Of that policy's commission for its first 12 months, on top of the $20
• $0 Lead Cost: We buy the leads. Nothing comes out of your pay for them, and there is no clawback

• We Appoint You: Across our carriers, and we sponsor your non-resident licensing

Requirements

• Licensed: An active resident property & casualty license. That is the only gate
• Independent-contractor (1099) role. Pay shown is the structure of the offer, not a guarantee of earnings; what you earn depends on what you write. The $20 applies to new business; the 10% share runs for the first 12 months of each policy. Non-resident licensing is sponsored.
