Role Description

The Licensed Virtual Benefit Advisor’s responsibilities include:

• Selling and enrolling retirees into appropriate insurance products including but not limited to health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans.
• Advising Pre-Medicare eligible recipients of their options.
• Providing Medicare education and conducting needs analysis.
• Assisting retirees in selecting an appropriate plan for their needs.
• Offering customer service assistance within or outside of the sales process.

BAs maintain the highest levels of integrity, are responsible, disciplined, team players, and produce quality work.

PRE-SET APPOINTMENTS - NO COLD CALLING

Qualifications

• Has an active Health License.
• Has at least one year sales experience.
• Has at least one season of Health sales experience.
• Has at least one season of Medicare Sales Experience.

Requirements

• Must have active Health Insurance license in resident state.
• This is a captive license position.
