Davis Family Financial is growing and currently hiring licensed insurance agents to support our expanding client base. This position focuses on helping individuals and families better understand their financial options through guided conversations and structured support. • Meet with clients virtually to understand their financial goals
• Walk clients through basic financial concepts and available solutions
• Assist in implementing appropriate financial strategies based on client needs
• Maintain ongoing client communication and follow-ups
• Participate in training and skill development sessions
• Work alongside experienced team members to build client relationships

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and currently reside within the U.S.
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Ability to pass a background check (required for licensing)
• Willingness to complete licensing within a reasonable timeframe

Requirements

• No prior experience is required, insurance experience preferred
• Structured training designed to help you develop confidence working with clients and understanding financial services
• Ongoing mentorship and support are provided as you progress
• A state financial services license is required for this role
• The company provides guidance and support throughout the licensing process

Compensation

This is a performance-based role, with income tied to client activity and production.
