All Access Insurance Network of Florida is looking for a driven and passionate Licensed Health & Life Insurance Agent to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. • Prospect, qualify, and enroll clients in appropriate Health and Life insurance plans
• Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable coverage options tailored to each client
• Maintain and grow a book of business through referrals, networking, and follow-up
• Educate clients on policy benefits, coverage details, and plan comparisons
• Stay current on carrier products, compliance requirements, and industry regulations
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance goals
• Provide ongoing client support for policy changes, renewals, and questions

Qualifications

• Active Florida Health & Life (2-15) Insurance License required
• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline
• Familiarity with ACA, Medicare, or Life insurance products is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply
