Role Description
The Lead Sales Operations Specialist is a hands-on member of IntelliScriptβs Sales and Marketing team who will help ensure the sales organization has the processes, tools, data, and insights needed to operate effectively and support business growth. Working closely with Sales leadership, Account Executives, Client Relationship Management, Marketing, Finance, and other internal teams, this role will manage and improve day-to-day operations that accelerate revenue growth, drive efficient and effective go to market execution, and measurable client, partner, and prospect engagement.
The Lead Sales Operations Specialist will support and optimize:

Go to market reporting (marketing, sales, alliances, retention & growth)

Workflow management
This role will also identify opportunities to improve processes, implement and leverage technology, establish operational standards, and develop solutions that increase efficiency, productivity, and consistency across the go to market functions.

The Lead Sales Operations Specialist will be expected to manage multiple priorities, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and independently take projects from concept through execution while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in any field
-
7+ years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, business operations, finance, or a related analytical field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Experience working with CRM systems with a focus on enterprise B2B SaaS; Salesforce experience; and adjacent integrations

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a matrixed environment

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, preferably in regulated industries such as information subject to HIPAA, FCRA and other regulatory environments
