Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing support
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage outreach targets

Requirements

• Make outbound phone calls to acquire new customers
• Send targeted emails to acquire new customers
• Identify and acquire new leads through various methods
• Verify lead interest, budget, and authority to ensure alignment with sales criteria
• Initiate and maintain communication with potential customers via phone, email, or social media
• Maintain accurate records and update lead information in the CRM system
• Track and manage leads through the sales funnel
• Nurture prospects and pass qualified leads to the sales team at the right time
• Monitor campaign performance and report on key lead generation metrics
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align efforts and share insights
• Develop and document scalable lead generation processes for consistency and efficiency
