Job Description Responsibilities:

• Coordinate bid response efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, legal, finance) to ensure efficient preparation and submission.
• Develop and manage bid schedules and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and submissions are delivered on time.
• Review bid requirements and prepare customized bid responses, ensuring alignment with client specifications and organizational standards.
• Work with sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to develop compelling proposals that effectively address client needs.
• Maintain and organize bid documentation, tracking progress throughout the bid lifecycle to ensure all components are completed.
• Conduct post-bid analysis to assess the success of submissions, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned.
• Ensure all aspects of the bid process are compliant with internal processes, client requirements, and industry standards.
