Role Description

Work from home within Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Preference will be given to current employees and candidates who reside in Idaho or Utah.

• Manages onboarding and paperwork for new and renewing 101+ employer groups.
• Analyzes benefit details.
• Provides administrative and technical support to sales, service, and downstream teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, such as sales and marketing, sales support, customer service, claims, membership, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to use MS Office and other corporate software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Underwriting and Marketing guidelines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health insurance products and new industry developments (e.g., Healthcare Reform).
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across cross-functional departments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Configurator Tool process.
• In-depth knowledge of large group benefit plans and benefit documents.
• Experience recognizing problems and resolving complex issues.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines while working under pressure.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired.

Requirements

• Responsible for all internal sales and service operations for new and renewing 101+ fully insured and ASO accounts.
• Provides administrative support to Sales and Account Executives.
• Serves as liaison between internal departments to support overall sales and growth goals.
• Reviews benefits, contracts, and prior carrier documents to support quote preparation.
• Ensures legislative mandates and benefit changes are reflected in the configurator tool.
• Prepares quotes for timely submission.
• Manages implementation/onboarding for new and renewal groups.
• Ensures system configuration, benefits, claims processing, and eligibility are set up to plan design.
• Prepares and coordinates enrollment eligibility files.
• Creates group-specific welcome letters and packets.
• Requests post-sale information to finalize plan documents.
• Tracks groups end-to-end and monitors all processes for timely delivery.
• Answers day-to-day operational questions and handles technical/system and process issues.
• Supports Sales/Account Executives with health and benefit fairs as needed.
