[Hiring] Key Account Sales Representative @Freudenberg Group

Role Description

• Increase sales by maximizing the shelf share in store.
• Check assortment in store in order to minimize out-of-stock (OOS) items.
• Define with Store Manager the best secondary placement for each promotional event in line with company targets.
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that sales targets are met and start required actions to boost sales and maximize potential of each store.
• Maximize local promotional orders in line with given targets.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.

• Regular reporting of results.

• Interactions (internal & external):
• Local Marketing
• Logistics
• Finance
• Sales KAM
• Customer service
• Retailers
• 3rd party Merchandising Companies

Qualifications

• At least secondary school degree (higher education is an advantage).
• 0-3 years of FMCG Field Sales experience.
• Up to date market knowledge.
• Understanding merchandising processes.
• Understanding sales tools & practices.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and organized individual.
• Ability to build relationships with key contacts.
• Entrepreneurial-minded.
