[Hiring] Key Account Manager @Bolton

Role Description

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team based in Slovakia. This role is essential for strengthening strategic relationships with key clients and driving sustainable business growth. As a KAM, the expected outcome is to maximize sales opportunities, ensure flawless execution with our partners, and contribute to long-term value creation for the Company.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer P&L, and key business KPIs to ensure delivery of volume, price, mix, and profitability targets.
• Manage daily relationships with key customers, ensuring excellent collaboration and flawless execution of assortment, visibility, promos, and in-store activities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding customer coverage and driving sustainable growth.
• Lead portfolio and promotional activities, including NPD launches and in/outs management, ensuring strong brand positioning and optimal distribution.
• Prepare and support annual negotiations, aligning business plans and commercial conditions with the Bolton Czechia strategy.
• Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to strengthen pricing, distribution, and brand presence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of the business agenda and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FMCG companies, traditional trade, retail chains.
• Strong analytical skills, combined with excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Results-driven mindset with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
• Hand-on mentality, problem solving and team spirit.
• Customer-focused and collaborative, with the ability to build strong partnerships.
• Good command of MS Office (PPT, Excel).
• Fluent in Slovak and good knowledge of English.

Requirements

• Work location: Bratislava.
• Contract type: Permanent.
• Working Hours: Full Time.
• Remote Working: fully remote except for regular team meetings.
• Starting Salary: from € 3.000 gross per month (based on experience and skills).
• Yearly bonus: 15%.
