[Hiring] Sales Operations & Enablement Specialist @Smartness

Role Description

Your mission will be simple: make sure our go-to-market machine runs smoothly. You will work at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Leadership, helping teams stay aligned, ensuring information flows effectively, and supporting the operational backbone of a fast-growing company.

• Own and improve our GTM processes:
  • Responsible for helping our commercial organization operate efficiently.
  • Continuously review and improve workflows across Sales and Customer Success.
  • Identify bottlenecks and communication gaps.
  • Create scalable ways of working that allow teams to move faster while staying aligned.
  • Ensure process changes are properly documented, communicated, and adopted across the business.
• Drive cross-functional alignment:
  • Act as a bridge between teams, helping coordinate initiatives and align stakeholders.
  • Ensure everyone is working from the same playbook.
  • Make sure communication is clear, consistent, and actionable.
• Become the operational backbone of our CRM ecosystem:
  • Maintain data quality and monitor workflows.
  • Support process adoption and collaborate with stakeholders to improve system usage.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our broader GTM tech stack.
• Bring structure to complexity:
  • Coordinate activities, track progress, and follow up on commitments.
  • Transform ideas into repeatable processes and create visibility across ongoing initiatives.
• Enable operational excellence across the business:
  • Improve internal communication and support operational initiatives.
  • Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help people spend less time dealing with operational friction and more time creating value for customers.

Qualifications

• A strong cross-functional collaborator.
• CRM and systems proficiency, ideally with Salesforce or Hubspot.
• A process-oriented problem solver.
• Someone who is both strategic and hands-on.
• Experience in Operations, Enablement, or similar functions (at least 2 years).
• Thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English & Italian.
