Qualifications

• Roofing Sales Experience: Proven experience selling residential and/or commercial roofing services, with the ability to speak confidently about roofing projects, repairs, replacements, and customer needs.
• Cold Calling Experience: Demonstrated success with cold calling and outbound sales, including the ability to handle rejection, overcome objections, and consistently generate qualified opportunities.
• B2B/B2C Sales Skills: Experience selling directly to consumers and/or businesses, with strong prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Communication & Organization: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional phone presence, strong follow-up habits, and the ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities.
• Results-Driven: Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales quotas, appointment targets, and revenue goals with minimal supervision; CRM experience is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to residential and commercial prospects to identify roofing needs, generate interest, and create new sales opportunities.
• B2B & B2C Sales: Sell roofing services to homeowners as well as commercial clients, property managers, contractors, builders, real estate professionals, and other business decision-makers.
• Lead Qualification: Engage prospects, uncover their roofing needs, assess project timelines and budgets, and determine whether they are qualified opportunities.
• Appointment Setting & Follow-Up: Schedule inspections, estimates, consultations, and sales appointments while maintaining consistent follow-up with prospects who are not immediately ready to buy.
• Sales Conversion: Present roofing solutions, communicate the value of the company's services, overcome objections, negotiate when appropriate, and move qualified prospects toward a signed agreement.
• Roofing Expertise: Apply knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems, repairs, replacements, inspections, materials, common roofing issues, and project requirements when speaking with prospects.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: Accurately document calls, lead information, follow-ups, appointments, and sales activity in the CRM or designated tracking system.
• Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with customers and referral sources while identifying opportunities for repeat business, referrals, upselling, and additional roofing services.
