Role Description
This role drives adoption of the client's K-12 educational platform by converting warm inbound leads, primarily teachers and district administrators, into active users through high-volume outreach, live training, and targeted email campaigns.

Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound leads (250-900 per month) by logging activity in Salesforce and maintaining up-to-date contact records for educators and district administrators.

Conduct warm phone and email outreach to educators and district administrators who have expressed interest, moving contacts through the funnel with prompt, persistent follow-up.

Train teachers live on the client's platform, walking them through registration and usage to secure commitment and drive active adoption.

Develop, revise, and A/B test email campaign language and audience segmentation strategies to improve lead conversion rates.

Create and update content, including graphics, video clips, toolkits, and case studies, to strengthen email nurture campaigns and move leads down the funnel.

Collaborate with the implementation and marketing teams to share outreach trends, refine campaign strategy, and ensure seamless handoff of qualified contacts.

Stay current on K-12 education trends, standards alignment, and educator challenges to communicate effectively with teachers and district leaders.
Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in sales, education, or a high-volume outreach role combining calls and email communication.

Background as a K-12 educator or teacher, either as the most recent role or within the last 2-3 years, required to understand educator language and pain points.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong professional email copywriting and the ability to nurture contacts over multiple touchpoints.

Comfort and confidence on the phone for warm outreach, with a "pleasantly persistent" approach suited to reaching busy educators.

Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, plus Microsoft Office and Teams.

Ability to work 15-20 hours per week with flexibility to make and receive calls across all U.S. time zones during EST/CST business hours.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in education or sales.

Experience with email campaign strategy, including A/B testing and audience segmentation.

Familiarity with the K-12 education technology landscape, including implementation best practices and standards alignment.

Ability to create or edit light multimedia content such as social video clips or toolkits for use in email campaigns.
