• Make outbound warm calls to prospects
• Determine each customer’s needs for home protection and craft the best solution
• Use a consultative sales approach to educate customers on our solutions
• Win customers over and provide the ultimate customer experience on every conversation
• Exceed established sales and commission goals and win!

Qualifications

• Driven – self-motivated and passionate about sales
• Engaging personality – loves connecting with people and understanding their needs
• Persuasion – adept at overcoming objections and closing sales
• Growth – interested in earning six figures and growing your career
• Variety – enjoys having variety in the workday
• 3 years of recent and continuous sales experience
• Experience in financial, insurance, mortgage, telecom or admissions phone sales preferred
• Longevity and a strong history of award-winning sales success
• Uncompromising integrity and passion for customer experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent
