Role Description

The Field Marketing Executive role (Distribution) is that of a brand ambassador, responsible for working with our key distribution partners to promote Milwaukee through product demonstrations and in-store support and also supporting national and local events. Through these initiatives, the goal is to introduce more users to our innovative product range, therefore increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of your own territory and customer-base
• Identifying business potential and engaging necessary departments to meet the requirements of each customer
• Completing daily calls into national and key accounts and builders merchants, to aid with selling in the full Milwaukee range of products
• Delivering high impact merchandising to showcase the brand
• Educating and training external stakeholders to a high level
• Nurturing relationships with key business customers
• Supporting events both in your local country and around Europe
• Regular reporting of performance metrics
• Working alongside JSS to highlight any potential large end user opportunities through the national accounts.

Qualifications

• Clean Driving License
• Position is to strengthen these regions - Moravskoslezský, Zlínský, Olomoucký, Jihomoravský a Vysočina
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Organizational skills, planning and time management
• Independence, reliability and willingness to travel
• Ability to collect feedback from the market and report it
• Practically minded with a technical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge
• Knowledge of the electrical environment is a big advantage

Requirements

• Selected candidates will be invited to participate in an Assessment Center, which will take place in Prague on September 14, 2026
