Role Description

If you've never sold insurance before, that's genuinely fine with us — in some ways, we'd rather teach you our approach from scratch than untrain habits picked up somewhere else.

What This Role Actually Involves:

• Work the phone and Zoom with people who've already requested a quote or information about life insurance.
• Guide them through their options using access to more than 60 carrier partners.
• Help them choose what fits their situation, and you get paid for the close.
• No cold list to work through, no scripts to memorize — just a framework for the conversation that you'll learn to adapt naturally over time.

How Training Works:

• Onboarding starts with the fundamentals of how life insurance actually works and why families need it.
• Practice real conversation scenarios.
• Once ready for live calls, you're paired with a mentor for support during complicated conversations or objections.
• Ongoing support structure, not just a one-time orientation.

What You'll Actually Earn:

• Commission-only, uncapped.
• Most reps see $800 to $1,200 per sale.
• Realistically:
  • Part-time: $50,000+ in year one
  • Full-time: $80,000 to $300,000+ in year one
• Pay comes daily and weekly, with additional performance incentives for consistent production levels.

Qualifications

• Living in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Either already holding a Life & Health insurance license, or willing to get one — support provided for the process.
