You will have the autonomy to build and nurture your own pipeline, guiding clients through their insurance needs and ensuring they find the right solutions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Initiating contact with potential clients through various virtual channels.
• Conducting needs assessments to understand client requirements and offer tailored insurance solutions.
• Presenting product information and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Building strong rapport and trust with clients over phone and video calls.
• Managing your sales pipeline, tracking leads, and following up diligently.
• Negotiating terms and closing sales agreements.
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure. Successful Sales Producers can expect to earn between $500 and $2,000 weekly, directly reflecting their performance and sales achievements. This model rewards high achievers and provides a clear path for substantial income growth.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• To be 18 years of age or older.
• A mobile device with cellular data and reliable home internet access.
• A valid Life and Health Insurance license.
