Role Description

Our Client is seeking motivated, licensed insurance professionals to help individuals and families find appropriate life and health insurance coverage. Responsibilities

• Follow up with warm leads and prospective clients
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life and health insurance solutions
• Explain policy options, coverage, and benefits clearly and professionally
• Complete applications and guide clients through the enrollment process
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide quality customer service
• Meet individual sales goals and maintain consistent follow-up activities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
• Use CRM systems and virtual meeting platforms effectively

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health Insurance License
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
• Comfortable using technology, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous insurance sales experience
• Proven sales or customer service experience
• Experience with life, health, or final expense insurance products

Compensation

• Commission-based compensation
• Monthly and performance-based bonuses
• Additional earning opportunities based on sales performance
• Potential annual earnings of $80,000–$200,000+, depending on individual sales results

Work Arrangement

This position offers flexibility to work remotely, in the field, or through a combination of both, depending on client and business needs.
