Role Description

The Gainey Agency is looking for motivated individuals to join our fully remote insurance sales team. No previous insurance experience is required — we provide training, support, and resources to help you get started.

• Connect with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs
• Educate clients on available insurance options
• Help clients choose coverage that fits their needs
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Build and grow your own client base
• Participate in ongoing training and team development

Qualifications

• Motivated and dependable individuals
• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently
• Sales experience is helpful, but not required
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be willing to obtain the appropriate insurance license(s)

Requirements

• This is a 100% commission-based opportunity
