• Help them navigate their options and choose the right fit using training, mentorship, and access to more than 60 carrier partnerships.
• This is a genuinely consultative approach, not a hard-sell pitch.
• Your job is understanding what a family actually needs and matching them to it.

No Cold Calling, Structurally:

• Every client conversation starts because they reached out first.
• Cold calling isn't part of this role at any point.
• This changes both the tone of your daily work and the sustainability of the job long-term.

Support From Day One:

• Full training covers fundamentals for people with zero insurance background.
• Mentorship continues as you take on live client conversations and build your own book.

Realistic Earnings:

• $800 to $1,200 average per sale.
• Based on consistent effort:
• $50,000+ part-time in year one.
• $80,000 to $300,000+ full-time in year one.
• Both figures are uncapped, with performance-based incentives available on top of standard commission.
• Pay issued daily/weekly.

Qualifications

• U.S. residency.
• Clean background check.
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one.
