Role Description

Full-time hours, on a schedule that fits your life.

You commit to about 40 hours a week and set much of your schedule around your appointments with people who requested life insurance information. Mornings, evenings, or both. What matters is consistency.

The Work:

• Phone and Zoom conversations
• Coverage from 60+ carriers
• No cold calling

Compensation:

• 1099, 100% commission, no cap
• Average of $800–$1,200 per policy
• Full-time agents: $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one
• Paid daily/weekly, plus performance bonuses

Requirements

• Must live in the U.S. (Waterloo, IA area a plus, but this role is fully remote)
• U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Able to pass a background check
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it)
• Available full time, about 40 hours a week
