This is a 1099, commission-only role with no cap. Agents average $800–$1,200 per policy, and full-time agents typically earn $75,000 to $300,000+ in year one, paid daily/weekly.

What You'll Do

• Help people who asked about life insurance choose a plan, by phone and Zoom, using 60+ carriers.
• No cold calling.

We'll Teach You

• Complete training.
• Licensing guidance.
• A mentor for your first live calls.

Requirements

• Must live in the U.S. (Kalamazoo, MI area a plus, but this role is fully remote).
• U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to get one (we walk you through it).
• Available full time, about 40 hours a week.
