Role Description

Are you a licensed insurance professional with a passion for sales and a drive to grow your career? AIS is looking for motivated, customer-focused sales reps to join our remote Inside Sales team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position with inbound leads only—no cold calling. If you’ve got a Property & Casualty license and some insurance sales experience under your belt, we’ll help you take the next step in your career with robust training, support, and uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Quote multiple lines of insurance for multiple carriers nationwide
• Handle inbound calls and follow up to close sales
• Deliver a high-quality, consultative customer experience
• Identify customer needs and provide coverage recommendations
• Achieve individual sales performance goals
• Stay current on carrier guidelines, systems, and product offerings

Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Active Resident Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License
• Must be eligible to obtain licensing in all states
• Personal Lines Insurance sales experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Dedicated, quiet workspace
• High-speed internet via reliable provider
• Ability to attend virtual meetings and training sessions
• Shift: Monday-Friday | 10AM-7PM PST / 12PM-9PM CST / 1PM-10PM EST
