[Hiring] Inside Sales Specialist Trainee @Spektra Systems LLC

Role Description

This is a remote position. Location: Currently remote, may transition to onsite in future. 6-month Internship to Hire (converts to Associate Inside Sales Specialist - CloudLabs after 6 months based on the Performance).

We're hiring an Inside Sales Specialist Trainee to find, reach and open conversations with potential CloudLabs customers worldwide.

You'll be the first voice many prospects hear from CloudLabs. Your job is to research target accounts, reach decision-makers through LinkedIn, email and phone, and turn interest into qualified meetings for our Account Managers.

This is a learning-heavy role. You'll work alongside experienced sellers, use AI and modern sales tools every day, and build real knowledge of cloud, AI and B2B SaaS. People who take ownership here grow quickly into account management and full-cycle sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect research: Identify target companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io and AI research tools.
• Multi-channel outreach: Run personalised outreach through LinkedIn, cold email and cold calling to start conversations with new prospects.
• Email campaigns: Build, run and optimise email sequences; track open, reply and meeting rates and improve them.
• Qualification: Understand a prospect's needs, qualify fit and book discovery calls and demos for Account Managers.
• AI-assisted selling: Use AI tools to research accounts, write personalised messages and speed up daily work.
• Follow-up and nurture: Follow up consistently with leads and re-engage prospects who have gone quiet.
• Targets: Own weekly and monthly targets for outreach activity, meetings booked and pipeline created.

Qualifications

• MBA in Sales and marketing is preferred.
• 0–3 Months of internship experience in sales, business development, inside sales.
• Excellent written and spoken English – clear, confident and professional with international prospects.
• Comfort with cold calling and speaking to senior decision-makers.
• Hands-on use of LinkedIn for prospecting and networking.
• Working knowledge of Apollo.io (or similar prospecting tools) and email marketing / sequencing.
• Practical use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for research and writing.
• Working knowledge of B2B SaaS and cloud computing concepts.
• Basic proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Microsoft Azure.
• A cloud or AI certification (e.g. Microsoft AZ-900 or AI-900, or equivalents from AWS or Google Cloud).
• An internship or project in SaaS or IT services sales.
