[Hiring] Inside Sales Representative @Armacell

Role Description

Build qualified sales opportunities by engaging prospects and customers through phone, email and digital channels. You will manage leads through the pipeline and enable effective collaboration between inside and field sales.

• Identify customer needs and develop qualified business opportunities through proactive remote engagement
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Manage leads from initial contact through qualified handover or close
• Arrange qualified appointments and follow up outstanding leads for field sales
• Maintain accurate customer, contact and pipeline information in Salesforce.com
• Coordinate territory activities and structured opportunity handovers with field sales
• Build professional customer relationships across phone, email and digital channels
• Monitor market developments and report sales activity, pipeline status and results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering or a related field (BTS, BUT, TC)
• Three to five years’ B2B experience in technical sales, sales development or customer service
• Practical experience using Salesforce.com or another customer relationship management platform
• Professional written and verbal English and local territory language skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships through structured remote engagement
• Knowledge of sales techniques for phone, email and digital selling
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with sales, marketing and other internal teams
• A structured and resilient approach to prospecting, follow-up and achieving pipeline objectives
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, insulation, HVAC, building and construction sales, inbound lead management or hybrid sales models would be beneficial.
