Role Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling on assigned business clients to generate sales revenue. Our primary responsibility is to promote direct and indirect sales via phone customer relations. Proactively builds relationships using Batesville’s standard sales process, while also effectively communicating with Batesville associates and customers to continually monitor, document and provide feedback to our sales, support, and development teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 3+ years related experience in sales and/or marketing experience and/or training

Requirements

• Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
• CRM/Call Management experience preferred
• Previous sales or marketing experience
