Role Description

Watkins Wellness is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our Customer Experience team!

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be a key point of contact for our dealer network across the U.S. and Canada, supporting incoming inquiries, processing orders, coordinating custom projects, and helping deliver a seamless experience from quote to completion.

• Support dealers by answering questions, providing product information, availability updates, and lead-time estimates while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Assist with custom room design projects, prepare custom quotes, and help qualify new projects from inquiry through completion.
• Process and manage incoming dealer orders while ensuring requests are accurate, complete, and aligned with internal processes.
• Handle inbound dealer communications, respond to inquiries, and provide professional written and verbal support throughout the sales process.
• Review project details, help ensure customer expectations align with company capabilities, and support quality assurance throughout the order and quoting process.
• Act as a liaison between dealers and internal teams including sales, accounting, production planning, and technical support to keep projects moving forward.
• Investigate concerns, coordinate with internal departments, and help identify solutions that support both customer satisfaction and operational success.
• Balance a steady flow of emails, phone calls, quotes, custom projects, and order activity while maintaining responsiveness and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service, administrative, inside sales support, or related experience preferred, though candidates with less experience and a strong aptitude for learning are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to professionally communicate through email and proofread work for accuracy.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience working directly with customers, dealers, distributors, or business partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote.
• ERP system experience is helpful. Salesforce experience or the ability to learn new systems quickly is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new processes, products, and systems.

Requirements

• The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Benefits

• Hiring Range: $18.05-$28.75
• Many factors affect actual compensation including but not limited to experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
