Qualifications

• Proven phone sales experience (inside sales, call center, or B2C)
• Comfortable spending most of your day on the phone
• Competitive, coachable, and metrics-driven
• Ability to manage time well in a remote environment—no babysitting required
• Belief that sales is a skill to be mastered, not a job to tolerate

Requirements

• Reliable and fast internet connection
• Solid understanding of the sales process and proficiency in using CRM software
• Strong time management, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
• Sales training experience is highly desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred, not required)
• Permanently reside in the U.S. (required)
