• Our Global Diabetes Capability Center is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally.
• This position is an exciting opportunity to work with MiniMed’s Diabetes business.

Position Description:

• Remote/Inside Sales is an innovative service provided by MiniMed, offering a dedicated product expert for timely and accurate information.
• The Remote Sales team in Diabetes is located in MiniMed head office in Sydney.
• An Inside Sales Representative will have a consultative approach to sales, working as a partner with stakeholders.
• You will source, develop, and close deals for the business and refer internal leads when appropriate.
• Achieve and ideally exceed territory sales revenue and growth targets for MiniMed products and services.
• Support MiniMed sales, business development, and marketing strategies.
• Practice professional and effective territory management, including organisation and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Experience in field sales, remote sales, sales support, and administration.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with SFDC or similar CRM system advantageous.
• Proven sales and negotiations experience.
• Experience making multiple outbound phone sales calls daily.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships at all levels.
• Experience in a “team oriented” sales environment.
• Computer literacy, including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements.
