The Inside Sales Representative at Truvista Fiber consults with potential customers to match our services to their needs with the goal of creating loyal and profitable customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Taking inbound calls from potential and existing customers
• Following up on sales leads
• Making warm calls to potential customers to close sales and meet sales objectives
• Providing exemplary customer service to add and retain customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 year of related experience and/or training
• Industry experience and sales experience is preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
• Residents within our service areas in South Carolina and Georgia preferred

Requirements

• To qualify for Work from Home, applicant must meet WFH requirements (bandwidth, environment, office set-up)
• Equipment (laptop, IP phone, and headset) are provided by Truvista Fiber
