[Hiring] Inside Sales Lead @Tandem Diabetes Care

Role Description

Tandem Diabetes Care is transforming the future of insulin pump therapy and helping people live healthier, more confident lives through innovative diabetes technology. We're growing rapidly across the UK and Ireland and are looking for a commercially minded, patient-focused Inside Sales Lead to help shape the next phase of our customer journey strategy.

This is a unique opportunity to build and lead our UKI inside sales capability from the ground up. You'll play a critical role in supporting prospective and existing customers, driving renewals and retention, improving patient engagement, and creating a seamless experience from first enquiry through to long-term loyalty.

In this role, you'll own and optimise the customer journey for prospective and existing Tandem customers across the UK and Ireland. You'll work closely with Marketing, Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Customer Support teams to drive engagement, retention, and growth.

• Manage inbound enquiries and convert leads into Tandem customers.
• Build and deliver renewal, retention, and upgrade programmes for existing customers.
• Proactively engage customers through phone, email, SMS, and digital channels.
• Support customers transitioning to Tandem therapy and guide them through their journey.
• Partner with field teams to identify and progress upgrade opportunities.
• Capture customer insights and help improve the overall customer experience.
• Establish processes, reporting, and best practices for the UKI inside sales function.
• Help shape the future growth of the team as the function expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in diabetes, medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Knowledge of insulin pump therapy or the diabetes patient pathway.
• Experience building new programmes, processes, or commercial initiatives.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• A genuine interest in improving outcomes for people living with diabetes.
