[Hiring] Indonesia Field Sales Manager @CADDi

Role Description

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team in Indonesia as a Field Sales Manager for our AI Data Platform for Manufacturing, "CADDi." This role is essential in driving CADDi’s expansion and market growth in Indonesia.

As the Field Sales Manager, you will:

• Execute end-to-end professional enterprise sales from high-intensity lead generation (inbound/outbound) to deal closure to consistently achieve quarterly quotas.
• Analyze customer needs and consult on core Management Agendas, leveraging CADDi's platform to solve deep structural pains for manufacturers.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success (CS) team to align sales strategies with seamless, long-term customer transformation.
• Conduct strategic account research and market analysis to identify key stakeholders, uncover engagement opportunities, and optimize the sales pipeline.
• Manage sales forecasts, metrics reporting, and promotional activities efficiently to drive CADDi’s market presence and business growth in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience as field sales representative, especially in B2B software sales or manufacturing solutions and products.
• Native Indonesian and professional English skill (Japanese is a plus but not required).
• Proven track record of pitching to C-suite and top management.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
• In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Numerical abilities and a problem-solving attitude.
• Analytical and creative thinking.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the software / consulting industry for the manufacturing industry.
• Track record of million dollar deals.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
