[Hiring] Inbound Sales Representative @Meadow

Role Description

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you’ll listen with empathy and guide families who have reached out to Meadow through their options with clarity and compassion. You’ll own individual sales targets, offer thoughtful recommendations, and follow through to close - helping families make confident decisions without pressure. There’s no cold calling.

Depending on team needs and performance, your work may include:

• Inbound calls
• Returning lead follow-up
• Support that keeps the sales process running smoothly

The conversations can be sensitive, but our teammates often describe the work as deeply rewarding. You’ll bring clarity to an unfamiliar process and help families take an important next step.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Convert warm inbound phone leads through thoughtful, consultative conversations.
• Explain cremation options and pricing, handle objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Follow up by phone, text, and email, keeping records and next steps accurate.
• Meet sales and quality targets while supporting queue coverage and related workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with a record of hitting individual targets, ideally closing consumer sales over the phone.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to track numbers, follow through, and act when behind.
• Steady, coachable teammate who stays composed and adapts.
• Comfortable with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Extra points for Spanish fluency or experience in high-trust categories such as insurance, healthcare, or travel.

Requirements

• Remote, full-time position.
• Compensation: $6-$9 OTE, including base pay and monthly performance bonuses.
• Eligible First Call Representatives move to an uncapped performance-based compensation plan.
• Full-time, eight-hour shifts on a fixed weekly schedule.
• Availability for Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday shifts.
• Shift starts: AM between 6 am-10 am ET or PM between 11 am-2 pm ET.
• Tools: HubSpot, Aircall, Google Workspace, Slack, and our case management system.
