Qualifications

• Follow all production and effort-based guidelines while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations values.
• Deliver superior customer service.
• Demonstrate self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality.
• Work both independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings conducted via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings.
• Basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Possess sales experience.
• Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence).
• Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL, AZ, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, MI, MO, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA, WN).
