Qualifications

• Demonstrate self-motivation with a "One Team" mentality.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization.
• Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings conducted via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings.
• Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Possess sales experience.
• Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence).
• Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AZ, FL, GA, TN, MI, NV, MO, NC, NS, TX, VA, WI).

• This is a Technology Sales Executive role; proficiency in technology is required.
• Comfortable working in a virtual, performance-driven environment.
• Work in a private, professional space free from interruptions.
• Maintain a clean and organized on-camera background.
• Be on camera at all times during training and live presentations.
• Understand that all visual and audio interactions are recorded as part of our onboarding and training process.
